I attended the gathering of the
council of Grandmothers in Fairhope,
Alabama and it was a wonderful
experience.
I learned about Peer Circling there,
which is a very effective way of
group communication that is
honoring and supportive.
I also enjoyed hearing the stories
of all the Grandmothers who were
there, as well as enjoying their
youthful stories.
This annual spiritual gathering
usually takes place in February.
