Research suggests and I believe that a chronically acid ph keeps the body in a very receptive state for all types of degenerative disease including heart disease, arthritis, cancer and diabetes. It is also one of the hidden and insidious reasons some people can’t lose weight, no matter what they do.

Unfortunately, most people do have an acidic system. Overuse of coffee, diet drinks, alcohol and prescription drugs are part of the reason as all of these create an over-acid environment. Diets lacking in enough high-alkaline foods is another reason most people I’ve tested show an over-acid ph level.

Testing is easy. You just get ph-testing strips and spit on them. The color they turn tells you what your ph levels are.

I would strongly suggest that you educate yourself about balancing the ph levels and, if you feel you have an acidic system, get on some sort of regimen to correct it.

You can correct an acid ph thru diet but if you are like me, you want the foods you want. I choose to correct my ph thru supplementation.

I use coral calcium daily, which is an excellent alkalizer. I also drink alkaline water. You can get an alkaline water system to create alkaline water or order a product like Body Alkalizer to add to water, which turns water alkaline.

I also put a product called Teccino in with my organic coffee, to neutralize some of the acid in my favorite morning libation.

In the past I treated my water with a product called Prill Beads but felt that they might be releasing a little too much magnesium for me. I got concerned after a friend emailed that her dog had very high magnesium levels when checked by the vet and she had been giving her pet Prill water too. Of course, a dog is smaller than a human but still, I stopped using them after that.

I’ve used a product called Neutralizer II with success as well, as an acid neutralizer.

And Vaxa has a product called Buffer ph which I can’t use because it contains sorbitol but it works extremely well for those who don’t have my sensitivities to that additive.
