This unique immersion 30-day Yoga Teacher Certificate program offers a
health-conscious and spiritual approach to the experience of yoga.
The daily schedule includes morning Sadhana, Asana based on Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras,
Planetary Mantras and Vedic Astrology, Anatomy, Principles of Ayurveda & Ayurvedic Cooking and daily walks in the Red Rocks.
Yoga classes include Chakra Yoga, 5 Elements Yoga and Kundalini Yoga.
