What the Dalai Lama was doing the day Obama was inaugurated
The Dalai Lama in India
This comes from my friend Susan who is currently having a soul adventure in India.
I’m happy to share the energy and frequency of the Dalai Lama’s visit to India on the same day that America inaugurates a new president.
Here’s what Susan had to say about her experience:
What a treat to see the Dalai Lama in person! He was here for the opening of the Tibetan Pavilion in the International Area of Auroville – an area designated by the Mother (founder of the Auroville Spiritual Village in India) to have a pavilion representing every culture. The Tibetan one is the first one to be complete…the Dalai Lama had come to lay the first stone for it years ago and became its patron. These photos were distributed by an Aurovillian.
I was disappointed to be missing Obama’s inauguration with all of you, but couldn’t complain too much with the Dalai Lama sitting in front of me on the same day! Seems there is something auspicious in that… HA!
Susan shared with me some portion of what the Dalai Lama had to say about the financial crisis effecting so many. He said, and of course I’m paraphrasing, that the ones who will be most affected are those most attached to money. Those who can, on the other hand, see their financial situation realistically without attaching emotional stress to it, will fare better. Easier said than done but I see the truth in that perception.
