OK, I confess to being one of those people who just doesnt get yoga. Ive never enjoyed it even though I know it has many health benefits. And yeah, I do know what that may be saying about me .rigidity, impatience, etc. However, its a little more than that. It has to do with the gridline of the practice .something rigid about the thoughtforms . thats another post for another day.
Anyway, this is for all of you who might want to try yoga or wonder if a regular yoga practice might be for you.
