OK, I confess to being one of those people who just doesn’t “get” yoga. I’ve never enjoyed it even though I know it has many health benefits. And yeah, I do know what that may be saying about me….rigidity, impatience, etc. However, it’s a little more than that. It has to do with the gridline of the practice….something rigid about the thoughtforms …. that’s another post for another day.

Anyway, this is for all of you who might want to try yoga or wonder if a regular yoga practice might be for you.
