How to detox the liver and gallbladder
Question on Healing:
What’s a good way to cleanse the liver and gallbladder?
Healing Facilitation Response:
I used to have some information on liver cleansing and gallbladder flushing on my old website but I think that info has been redone by the current owners. After looking over my old information I found some more current info on cleansing the liver and detoxing the bladder, supplied by Global Healing Center.
Like other gallbladder and liver flush regimens, this one also suggests using apple juice to help prepare for the cleanse.
I was glad to see that, since I sold the other site and forgot about bring the flush info over to my new site here, that Global Healing Center does address concern i would have had about diabetes. If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic, be sure to read that part of the flush and detox regimen whe I send it to you by email.
What I like about this liver and gallbladder flush:
I like that this liver and gallbladder flush includes protein snacks and good unsaturated fats (avocado) and of course love that they specify organic in all aspects. Aside from peaches, conventionally grown apples have more pesticides than any other fruit so I definitely would not do a liver flush without using organic apple juice.
I like their preparatory diet too. You can read more about their detox regimens on the website but I will just mention two products involved in liver and gallbladder cleansing.
I like the herbs in the livetrex formula. There are a few I don’t recognize but many of the ones I do. I would probably include these herbs in my own detox formula, were I to make one.
Reviewing the liver flush info also reminded me that the oxy-powder is supposed to be more gentle than other herbal cleansers so that might be important for those with intestinal issues, those who have had gastric bypass, etc.
What is Oxy-Powder?
The website describes it as a “powerful oxygen based colon cleanser” because of it’s slow release of monatomic oxygen to the intestinal tract and the body system.
Just as Bernard Jensen believed death begins in the colon, so does Dr. Group, the facilitator of the research group behind the creation of Oxy-Powder. Dr. Group found, in his research, that all disease is caused by toxic residue in the body. When we become internally contaminated to the extent that our self-healing mechanisms do not work properly or are suppressed, illness results. Oxy-Powder is one tool we can use to release toxins from the colon.
